James has over 25 years’ experience building and leading financial organizations. He was the IT director at HSBC South Africa. Prior to this he was Head of Research at Simpson McKie Stockbrokers. James holds an MSC engineering degree from the University of Stellenbosch and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.
Bojan is an experienced senior information technology developer with over 20 years of experience in software development. He was a head of software development at HSBC South Africa. During his tenure with HSBC, He also led the design and implementation of the Portfolio Management, Research and Money Market systems. Earlier at Simpson McKie, Bojan was a Software Developer for Private Client Service’s where he was responsible for designing and implementing a Portfolio Management System. Prior to joining Simpson McKie, He worked at Unix Information Systems as a senior consultant developing information systems for the Bank of Good Hope, Cape Town. Bojan holds a degree in computer science from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
Yulindi is a qualified JSE Compliance and Settlement Officer with over 20 years` experience in the stock broking industry with a sound knowledge of the JSE’s BDA system. Yulindi was head of compliance, settlement and administration at a JSE member before joining BJM where she was head of centralized administration before moving into the role of operations manager. Yulindi was responsible for end to end solutions and successful implementation of various projects throughout her career. In her role as operations manager Yulindi gained a vast amount of knowledge and skill pertaining to SARS reporting requirements for dividend withholding tax, IT3 reporting and FATCA.
Masizakhe has over 20 years’ software development experience with a detailed understanding of the South African Securities Lending Borrowing (SLB) market mechanics, trade cycle and back office administration. He was a SLB Dev Team Leader for 8 years at IRESS. Instrumental in the development and implementation of SLB messaging solution and connectivity with Strate. Has solid knowledge of database security practices. Possesses an expert knowledge and practical skills in Delphi, C#, Python and VB. Has strong practical skills in data and system integration including APIs, Web Services and integration components.
Nkhumiseni is a graduate in IT with impressive Software Development skills. He has experience working with Web Applications such as Php, HTML5, Java Script, xml and CSS. He also boasts with expertise on databases such as SQL server, MySQL and Oracle. His programming skills include languages such as C#, Java and vb.net.
Dolf is a graduate in Business Management. Young, professional, eager to learn and driven to succeed, he is well on his way in becoming an invaluable member of Zubat Nine. He also has experience working with html5 and CSS.
